Proposal of the European Commission for a
regulation concerning the placing on the market and
use of biocidal products – COM (2009) 267 final
PAN Germany, PAN Europe and PAN UK comment the proposed provisions for low-risk products, cut-off criteria, comparative assessment and criteria for substitution. Council working group for environment deliberated on these issues at the 26th October 2009.
